  So the restaurant in greencastle indiana was visited on oct 10 2019 around 8pm. The guy behind the counter was very rude and just talked down to the food. Couldnt hear or understand what he was saying. So we made it through the line and got down to pay and the guy behind the counter seemed new which wasnt the problem. I have a rewards card from subway and so the kid behind the counter couldnt get it to work so he said let me get my manager. Come to find out the manager on duty was the first guy out "mr personality" was the manager on duty. He was completely rude and when he showed the employee how to run my rewards card then he didnt show the original cashier how to redeem my points so I didnt get my rewards off on the sandwiches. Now I am sick in the bathroom. So like I said worse subway we have been to in a very long time. Very disappointing
