  I went to the one by Target off Main st, Mishawalka and I was unsure how to fax a paper and the lady ay the register showed me where to go and quickly went through it, there was a line at the register so she asked another employee to help me out, very friendly and not once did they make me feel stupid, she walked me through step by step.. thank you I appreciate both of you lady's..

  I needed some work documents laminated and the ladies at this location did a phenomenal job. I’ll definitely be ordering more. 10/10

  A lot more resources than I realized. Obviously you can ship things here. There’s also many flash drives boxes and tape for sale. Something I noticed which was interesting is there’s a computer that you can access Microsoft and Internet for .45/minute. I didn’t know fedex provided that. Staff seem friendly the store was clean and well organized

  Customer service is terrible from the little girl at the counter. Rolling your eyes at a customer is unacceptable! I requested my package be held at the office yesterday because our business closes at 530 and it was almost 5 when the package was still not here. The note on the delivery stated that it was going to be left at our door step. . at 805 it stated that the package was going to be held but then at 841 said out for delivery. When I asked the customer service rep on the phone she told me to go to the store and it would be there and ready. I asked her to double check so I don't waste my time. She said they would call me in 30 min from the location. They did not call me. I waited an hour. Then went to the store where the little girl at the counter was rude! I called her out on rolling her eyes and she then said "I didn't"! Yes she clearly did! Then she walked away from the counter. The lady in the back with dark hair was very nice and tried to help from a distance. Either way I am still without my package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday.
