Craig and Jaime at the Granger location are hands-down some of the best folks I’ve interacted with while shopping for parts for my vehicle. I was looking for a specific brand of headlamp, not knowing there were so many options available. They helped me decipher my different options while explaining the pros/cons with the each style of bulb. I ended up with the exact lighting profile I wanted the first time, and thanks to their recommendations, my headlights perform better than they did even when they were new. As a result, I ended up ordering all new fog lamps and high-beams from the Granger store to match my low beams. I placed the order online for store pickup; Craig and Jamie had my order picked and ready for pickup in less than 5 minutes, which saved me a ton of time. I’ll be visiting this location for all my future parts needs.

Leave it to Ken & Bob - the Advance Auto professionals of Granger! These fellas have always been so kind, helpful, and detailed when it comes to my auto part needs. I'm incredibly grateful for their expertise, assistance, and knowledge. My car wouldn't be the same without them and their help! UPDATE!!! Bob was back at it again - being incredibly helpful and humorous per usual when I had to stop in to grab some wiper blades! I feel so comfortable asking for guidance and help from this location and from the people who make the store what it is!
