Hanna took my order and she was all smiles. It’s so great to see someone working so hard and loving her job. It is a delight when ever I see Hanna working when I arrive at the restaurant.

First time ordering from this location I was passing through and wanted food but lady taking my order looked like she didn’t want to even be there and put extra mayo on my sub when I asked for light mayo I still payed for my food but threw it away after I left
Got two sandwiches this evening 2-6-26. Absolutely perfect exactly what we asked for. Who ever put the sandwiches together cared what they were doing. Thanks
Got to be joking me... 1 customer inside, 2 people working, and they put me on wait at the drive through for over 10 minutes, just waiting before they even took my order! All because they were doing ONLINE ORDERS first, before helping a customer waiting at the drive through??
Ridiculous.
Update, after sitting for 10 minutes in silence, they finally took my order and it took them almost another 10 additional minutes to make it. A simple, 6 inch meatball sandwich plain. That should take less than a minute and I could be on my way. And again, as I was pulling up through the drive-through, only one guy went inside as and no one else was in there besides two employees. Meanwhile, they serviced two more customers inside ahead of me even though they arrived well after me.
Absolute bullshit. Never seen stupidity like this before.

It's Subway. You ought to know what to expect. Speed of the sandwich artists is, really, the only variable.
