  Absolutely appalling lack of basic job knowledge. These employees can scan an Amazon return barcode, but the second you ask them to handle actual shipping services like mailing a simple letter they are completely lost. Watching two employees consult each other, only to remain equally clueless about how to do fundamental parts of their job, was mind-boggling. Management should be embarrassed. If you can’t train your staff to perform the core functions they were hired for, you shouldn't be running a store.

  We had to get our Will notarized and they were very quick with helping us get the guidance and signatures we needed

  Staff is always pleasant and helpful! When there is a line...they move quick. Love the kiosk option. Remodel of the store looks amazing! Lobby is much more spacious! Will definitely come in handy for the peak seasons!

  I come in there often for a variety of reasons, I always end up having questions about something, Cass is always there to help me and is very knowledgeable. Desmond was there today and helped me download and sending an email. They're both Great employees that deserve to be acknowledged.

  I had a wonderful experience with UPS. My package was handled with care, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, reliability, and convenience of the service. From the tracking updates to the delivery, I felt confident knowing my package was in good hands. I especially appreciate the hard work of the UPS drivers and employees who make sure packages arrive safely and on time. Their dedication and service do not go unnoticed. Thank you, UPS, for continuing to provide dependable service and making the delivery experience easy and stress-free. Overall, I am very satisfied with my UPS experience and would definitely recommend UPS to others. Keep up the great work!
