  Nice rooms breakfast was not very good ham and cheese and eggs .. 😕. How about biscuits and bacon 🥓. And they need air fresheners in the main lobby smells like old water 💧.

  My family has stayed here quite a few times. But we are not sure we will ever stay here again. Our vacation was ruined. We bring our Granddaughter here she loves to swim. This time we felt the pool was unsafe. The water in the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the steps to enter the pool. The staff was not worried about it at all. They said it was tested and safe. I'm not willing to take a change with my Granddaughter. So we had to pay out an extra 30.00 at a water park for her to go swimming. Best Western did not offer any discount, or any satisfaction. This our last time coming to this Best Western Hotel.

  Clean rooms however you have to fill out a form if want maid services. We did and for the 5 days we stayed towels were changed out only once. I had to go to the front desk 4 of five nights to get towels. Breakfast was good most days but lacking on Friday. Managent did assist in giving me the rate agreed upon and I do appreciate that as we added an extra day and some how the others fell off. But the manager on duty took good care of us. He was very helpful. Maid service was almost non existent and unacceptable

  The staff here were so kind, knowledgeable, and speedy! I have not one negative to share on staff. The pool was small, but a good time for the kids. The cleanliness was also excellent. Our only complaint was that the beds were so HARD. The kiddos slept fine, my husband and I did not. Other than the hard bed, no big complaints!
