  Well, you can't even call and get a question answered about a coupon this location donated to local school. To figure out how to use it. Since it say , not on-line, not in store , or not on website. So how do I use it? It expires on the 30th. This is ridiculous!

  Our daughter received a free meal coupon from school but it wouldn't work online so we went into the store to order. The man who said he was the manager refused to honor the coupon that has their address preprinted and is still in the valid date range. And showed us another one that he had not honored from someone else. I even explained what it was for, but no customer service, no connection to the community they are part of. Then the tables inside were all sticky and dirty. None of the workers use gloves while handling food or cooking. The food itself was fine. But nothing special. 3 of the soda fountain flavors had a post it that said OUT and the Sprite didnt have a sign but was just water and carbonation. Needless to say we wont be back to this location. I would recommend that others think twice before supporting this business who wont support the local students and school. Edit: while the owners have given actual responses to other reviews they completely avoided an actual response to my review, just a link to a national survey, again proving they are in our community, but definetly do not support our community.

  Order was placed online, prepaid. They didn't start cooking it till I arrived causing a VERY long wait.
