Went to get a sandwich for myself for lunch with my baby, so I went through the drive thru. I wasn't close enough to the speaker because of the car in front of me, and didn't realize they were speaking to me through the drive thru speaker until the man at the drive thru window glared at me rudely. When I was able to pull up to the speaker it sounded like he said the drive-through was closed so when I pulled up to the window for clarification, he very rudely told me he tried to get my attention 15 times But I left my "screen" up and wouldn't answer so now I have to come into the drive-through. I explained to the man that I was sorry that I didn't think I was close enough to the speaker to even order. That's why I kept my window up and he very rudely once again said I'm not taking your order through the drive-through you have to come in. So I told him never mind he said fine then go. It's been a really long time since I've been treated so rudely at a restaurant and probably the only time I've ever had issues at a restaurant here in Franklin. It was very disappointing. So I took my business to one of the other subways in town where they were extremely friendly. I wish they had a drive-through because that was the whole point of me going out of my way to get to this initial subway was because they did and I didn't have to get my infant out of the car with me just to order. But I'll remember where the kind people are next time!
