  So I ordered food from here like an hour ago, and I guess someone stole my order so like they remade my food and not only did they remake my food. They gave me an extra 10 boneless wings on top of it which I really appreciated because I ordered it at 11:13 and it said it was gonna be there much earlier and now it’s 1127. I got my food at maybe 1207 and mind you I only live six minutes away, but they really did hook me up and their customer service really strives too satisfy their customers and I really do appreciate that to the fullest extent I’ve never had customer service like that ever.

  I recently went to Wingstop in the morning time, and the food was exceptional. The manager Starr was so nice to me. My food was fresh. The restaurant was clean, and my food was given to me in a timely manner.

  Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!! Will not return!! I picked up an online order and got home (30min drive) and found hair in our food! So I called to see about getting a refund or something and they said “there’s nothing they can do because no one there has that color hair”

  Terrible policies and Terrible customer service. Wont even give you 1 ranch with your WING order. Do not go here just get wings somewhere else
