  ordered delivery, got garlic parmesan wings. they get here and they’re practically naked, no flavor whatsoever, and dry. it looks like they don’t thrown in the box with a dash of parmesan.

  The wings are fire and the staff is really friendly. They remembered my order when I had only been here once before. Five stars from me!!🫡

  Waited 2 hours for them to find a driver sent someone to get the food was told i couldn't do that had to wait on the driver food sat there the whole time got it cold and soggy awful

  The worst service I have ever experienced. They took 40 minutes to Make three items then after making me wait almost 40 minutes. I went back in to get wrench and they charge me a dollar.. When I told them that I had a reward, they told me that I had to go on the app and do it all my order just for a 20 ounce cup of ranch. The least they could do is give me the ranch free for making me wait so long for food. They barely sauced up my boneless wings. I had to go home and shake it up myself. They have no good customer service whatsoever the same for the Colosseum location. I think they are ran by the same people. I can’t wait for someone else to open up another location so I can go to A different wing, I truly hope they get new owners and a whole new staff. This may not be the Type of business for the staff to be working in. They lack Customer service, Generosity, And common knowledge.
