  For the last 10 years I’ve despised going to UPS compared to competitors (like FedEx, or USPS) for shipping items because the customer experience was always terrible. That being said the UPS store, especially the one on Maysville Road in Fort Wayne has completely changed my experience with the company now I no longer dread having to interact with UPS. I leave having had a pleasant experience. I always appreciate the kind, helpful and empathetic associates that work at the store! It is very rare to have a third-party company change one’s impression of a larger group. Very impressed.

  Staff have always been super friendly and efficient, and manager (Linda if I recall correctly) specifically was so helpful on my last encounter with this location! Thankful to have a great UPS store in this area!

  The speed and helpfulness of my customer service representative. The team member that assisted my husband was wonderful and very helpful. We are very happy that this location is servicing the north east side of Fort Wayne.

  I helped by the owner. She was very friendly, very professional and greeted us with a smile. She answered all of her questions and doubts, and put us at ease. She gave us options. I absolutely love the interaction. Best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store.

  This location provided the best experience ever. Everyone was kind and courteous. The entire team was working together. They all looked like they enjoyed their jobs and were proud of their work. I will definitely go back to this location. The parking was much better than alternative locations. The store was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this location.
