    THE MANAGER TINA IS NOT PROFESSIONAL OR CUSTOMER FOCUSED… she just insists that she’s right and I’m wrong and that when you have to return four items with four separate QR codes because you have four different colors that they don’t think you have to scan all of them and insisted and gave me a very difficult time … I TRIED TO CALL BACK WHEN I LEFT TO APOLOGIZE AND ALL TINA, THE MANAGER DID WAS ARGUE WITH ME THAT THEY WERE RIGHT AND I WAS WRONG. I HAVE TO EMPHASIZE THIS… For some reason, the staff does not know how to process a multi order return for TikTok… The lady was trying to refuse to scan all four of my skirts because she thought it was unnecessary to scan all four for the return to be properly documented and sent back… She argued with me and kept trying to stop scanning my items I was trying to do a return for TikTok with four skirts in the same order and she didn’t want to do what we’re supposed to be done. Be careful coming here! Totally stressful situation when you got four items in one shipment, they all have to be scanned, or you will not receive your full refund, but for some reason, the lady who was helping me today could not seem to process that and thought she was gonna print multiple labels for the same shipment and she wasn’t so she tried to stop scanning I had to force her to scan in my last skirt to get my refund which is causing argument in front of other customers… They must not shop on TikTok at all!
