  I placed my order on the app and the employees still got it wrong. Not to mention that they were exceptionally rude when I came to pick my order up. Disappointing but not surprising.

  Staff has to unlock bathrooms kinda crazy. Look at you with disrespect even though I paid for items. Won't go back. No smiles either.

  Food was ON POINT per USUAL!!! However———- the older manager that was working was WRONG and ON ONE. Micromanaging the staff, put in a new “phone number verification” for pick up of mobile orders—stated” people are stealing mobile orders”, which is a staffing issue since the orders are kept behind the counter🤔. (maybe have customers verify it’s there are 2 names but different order with different numbers, but that wasn’t the case yesterday)So if I come in for 2 online orders, who else would know I’m order it there, with my name?!? The STAFF is who handed out an order incorrectly previously 🤨……(which hey, it happens, 🤷🏻‍♀️ pizza king for my order handed out wrong and they just REMADE the 40 dollar pizza. But yall are tripping on. 12 dollar sub?!?—-and I mean the management). the one girl with pink and black hair was nice, as she is the only staff member that has stayed there longer than 2/3 weeks, although it did kind of look like a hostage situation for her and the other girls, like she’s just trying to work, but ole girl had them in a chaingang line doing orders. I’ll just go out to Waynedale from now on. The lady barking at me about why I needed to provide my number yesterday was just rude and out of pocket. I go there about 1/2 times a week. So THT MANAGER JUST LOST YALL A REGULAR!!!!!!!
