  Only one person here servicing a lunch rush of several customers and a half a dozen Doordashers on top. Whoever is scheduling this is failing.

  Omg don't go there! Worst customer service ever walked in said hello got nothing then she decided to unload about 26 loaves and bring pans back to the dish room before asking me what I wanted then asked me what veggies I wanted to not put them on when I was saying them to ask again look nobody like to work but being nice gets u farther in life hope her day got better

  I came into this subway and I got amazing customer service. Both of the ladies that was here served me with elegance and grace. Thank you so much for hiring these beautiful individuals. Terry and Brooklyn are amazing

  Waited a half hour once I arrived at the store for an online order...it was rush hour....and they made me wait 30 minutes until they started making my food which the order was already placed.....

  Ordered the food got home and the veggies were bad and then subway has no clear customer service because no one can answer the phone from HQ to the actual building why is it so hard to get fast food in Fort Wayne wasted 15 dollars on a steak sub to spit it out and throw it away thank you
