  Carrie is the best after calling in to the overseas customer support to fix up their mistake. They made the mistake yet again and Carrie called to correct it before the delivery was made 10 out of 10.

  12 days for a package to travel 500 miles, with back and forth transit between same FedEx hubs. Customer service is non existent for packages in transit. Only access to an automated assistant that is there to attempt to placate, not to answer questions.
