  12 days for a package to travel 500 miles, with back and forth transit between same FedEx hubs. Customer service is non existent for packages in transit. Only access to an automated assistant that is there to attempt to placate, not to answer questions.

  Seldom will you find another employee that is as respectful and accommodating as Zia. He is incredibly courteous to customers and mindful of packages. It is quite refreshing, especially in this day and age. 10/10.
