  I sent an important doucument with overnight shipping and supposed to be before 8 AM and paid $120 for 10 lbs document. No staff was aware and they did not know where the package was. I spoke with many online representatives, but no use. I called to the store they said we don’t know, we sent. I lost my PTO, I lost flight ticket money and time. There is so much loss involved just for one incident. But, finally I called again and manager picked up the call and she found the package in the store only. She is so helpful and nice to the people, I told to keep the document there, I will come and pick the document. I went a day later, there was a guy project manager or project specialist who spoke with me very rude and he goes “ I don’t know and I APOLOGIZE” for all my questions. Here is your document and ID that’s it I don’t know. That response with no respect made me more frustrated. I asked him I want to your manager to speak. She came and she answered very politely. It’s not a product based company, it’s a service oriented company and if employees are working they are responsible for each and every problem. A simple “ I don’t know “ answer is not enough when a customer has gone through a lot. I hope you will take care other customers very well and not to repeat the same mistakes

  We are having issues with our printer and needed to print our label for overnight shipping. They were very nice and printed it for me in the store.

  Dropped in this FedEx location and had a smooth experience from start to finish...! The staff provided great customer service, answered my questions, and helped me quickly. Everything was handled efficiently, making the visit fast, easy, and stress-free. I'd gladly use this location again.
