I skimmed reviews of several Cricket locations in Fort Wayne and one name kept popping up again and again: Francisco. Who was this guy who seemed like he was everywhere at once? I called around until I found out what store he was currently at, and guess what? It was worth the effort! His knowledge and experience (and good nature) made what could have been a cumbersome mess a complete breeze. So my strong recommendation, for what it's worth, if you are headed to Cricket in Fort Wayne, is the State Blvd location. Even if it's a little out of your way, you will be glad you made the effort!

Francisco is an excellent salesman. Very good service, friendly and extremely helpful. He explained everything we needed to know about our new phones. As I said before Francisco made our trip very easy, he was super helpful and friendly.
