  Went in this morning to see about my warranty on a battery I bought ALMOST 3 years ago. Lawrence did nothing to help me, and when I walked in he was on his phone. He pointed to a sticker on the side of the battery and told me my warranty was up and that he couldn't help me. He didn't even try to look me up in the system or anything. On the other hand, I returned a couple of hours later, a nice young lady named Lupe helped me out and confirmed my warranty didn't expire until the next 10 months, she is awesome and went out of her way to help me. SHE DESERVES A RAISE. Five stars for Lupe. Zero for Lawrence.

  I ordered an air filter online for pickup here. This store is about 20 miles away from me so I had quite a drive for pickup. Ordering went smooth, said the store had it in stock and would be notified when it was ready for pickup. I received a notification that it was ready for pickup so I drove to the store. I got there and was told that they didn't have it in stock. I was told that they couldn't get a hold of me to let me know. Advance Auto has my cell number and email address so I don't know the reasoning for that. I was told that another store, an hour away listed it as in stock. I didn't want to drive another hour to find out that they might not have it also. I wasted an hour of time and gas for nothing. I received another notice today that it was ready for pickup. I'm not falling for that again!
