  The young man that waited on me was very patient and kind, he went through my car manual to try and figure out what the issue was, and mentioned a couple of things that it could possibly be, but was not able to use the gagit on my car to tell what it actually was. Also thank you for putting my new wiper blades on. Must have been my lucky day, cause I received Wonderful customer service 😀!!!! Thank you B. The 2019 Sliver Hyundai 👍👍👍

  Out of touch manager(if she was one). Originally too busy on her phone to notice me trying to ask a question. Once she did she tried to pawn me off. Visibly annoyed when she realized they were all doing their jobs so now she had to do hers. Did not seem tonunderstand how to find parts. Tried to give her specificndetails on vehicle, blew it off. My truck has multiole versions it matters. Continued to look up not only wrong parts, but ones I wasn't looking for. When i came back in to tell her she pawned me off down the line to get back tobher phone. Unprofessional. Negative attitude. Unfamiliar with the parts system and importance of vehicle specifics.
