The subway off of 141st closed at 9 so when I arrived at 8:57 I was not totally surprised the door was locked and the lights out. I didn’t know their closing time until I arrived. I looked up the store at 11801 Allisonville as it was open until 9:30. When I arrived at 9:08 the open sign was off but the lights were on. The door was locked. I double checked the hours on the door which said 9:30. As I went back to my car they turned off the interior lights and a child came out of the kitchen and gathered up her things off the table by the door. Appeared an adult woman was in the kitchen. Please fix your hours if you’re closing at 9 to not waste customers’ time.

Specifically stopped by the store because it said they were open The door says they're supposed to be open and it's locked tight and the lights are off it's 8:21 a.m.

Went in this Location first time , after long day at work went to get some food but there employees so rude refuse to make order this is not how you handle business , poor customer service need to more professional staff and understand the customer,

The staff is rude and don’t know how to talk to the customers. You get discriminated and get judge by the way you look and get disrespected. They don’t let you custom make your own wraps or sandwich. I would like this place to be shut down admittedly. And I would advise others not to come at this location.

The nerve to safe guard orders made through their mobile app and not a delivery service like someone would really want to steal these poorly made thin bland sandwiches. Paid extra for meat and veggies that were not provided. Sandwich near empty and flavorless. Completely understand why my order was the only one sitting and waiting to be retrieved instead of being full of orders. Instructions on the app say pick up from order pick up area. Did as instructed to be harassed after confirming the name (my name) on the order. If it’s that serious you’d think they would greet customers at the door and asking for the name of the order. Hopefully this behavior is spread amongst all your customers and not certain ones. I’ll drive to Canada before I’d ever give money to this location again. Each interaction and meal has been very disappointing. Gross. Probably would taste better anyways. Trust and believe of all places to steal orders from it wouldn’t be here.
