  The service attitude was very unpleasant. She greeted the man in front of me in a very friendly, cheerful manner. She was very annoyed with me; she looked furious. When I needed her help, she ignored me and talked to her coworker instead. It's terrible for a shipping company.

  I’m guessing it was a manager she was the only one now wearing a uniform and I guess professional dressed. Very rude and got mad at me for not having the whole label. I asked if they can scan the label I had and print one and she said I could only email it to them. She then proceeded to pretend for over 15 minutes they didn’t get the email. I verified the email address online and my email was working. Finally left without any help. This is why I never use FedEx

  Girls in this place are just as grumpy as most of the customers around haha. Both girls who served me today were disrespectful and in a very bad mood 04/20 2pm
