I placed an online order only to realize I ordered at the wrong location. I had picked up my last order there (which was also a terrible experience) and did not change back to my home store. Once I realized my error I called to cancel the order. The teenager answering the phone said she couldn’t cancel the order because she didn’t know how and proceeded to tell me to call back because she was too busy to take my call. I was charged for the order because they never did cancel it. I have also written to corporate regarding the experience.

But the service is terrible.
Waiting more than 30 min. For a tuna salad sandwich.
I watched as the staff laughed talked and even danced while I waited at the window. When my sandwich was finally made it was set at the window and tge youg man walked away to play with his coworker instead of serving me and collecting payment.
2nd time in a few weeks I tried and the 2nd time I was disappointed 😞
Do better. Maybe training would help

The past 3 times I've went through the drive-thru, no one was infront of me and no one was in there and it took a good bit before they came on the speaker totake my order ! Then ever time my sandwich wasn't made right !!
It has been a terrible experience since the ownership changed !! I WILL NOT EVER COME HERE AGAIN 😤 !
