Ok, a bit picky....but....I am a firm believer in "the customer is always right".
I enjoy the protein wraps at Subway and have never had an issue with the prescribed ingredients, until today. The guy at the counter, while polite, put 3 tiny bits of jalapeno like it was their last jar and they were expecting a rush. I asked for a little more, just so I could taste them, and was quoted, "Subway dictates the exact amount of ingredients, that's why these are only $3.99"
Well, according to the corporate website, Subway dictates the ingredients, not the portions of each, and if requested, some would ordinarily be added, but no substitution!
Don't cheap out on customers for such a small request, and certainly don't publicly embarrass the customer by reading them the riot act on why the "wrap is not more expensive". We are the reason you still operate.
