  Ok, a bit picky....but....I am a firm believer in "the customer is always right". I enjoy the protein wraps at Subway and have never had an issue with the prescribed ingredients, until today. The guy at the counter, while polite, put 3 tiny bits of jalapeno like it was their last jar and they were expecting a rush. I asked for a little more, just so I could taste them, and was quoted, "Subway dictates the exact amount of ingredients, that's why these are only $3.99" Well, according to the corporate website, Subway dictates the ingredients, not the portions of each, and if requested, some would ordinarily be added, but no substitution! Don't cheap out on customers for such a small request, and certainly don't publicly embarrass the customer by reading them the riot act on why the "wrap is not more expensive". We are the reason you still operate.

  Some old head working here not using his brain, had to tell him twice he was forgetting stuff on my sub not even mentioning it was a mobile order and I showed up 5 mins after completion to it not even being started yet. You’re making a sandwich not trying to complete quantum physics, just leave please not worth your bread here.

  I watched the employees mock men with turbans on, they made jokes about them blowing up the restaurant as they left. Disgusting behavior in general, no glove changing when using personal devices like phones and smartwatches, no handwashing from cash handling to food preparation they left meat out on the countertops, gross bathrooms, I am so glad I was jut picking up my coworkers food.
