  I placed a mobile order and tried to pick it up in the drive thru-never an issue before. I was told it had to be picked up in store per the managers policy. I explained I had my special needs child with me and I could not leave them in the car alone, nor was I going to get them out of the car more than needed due to heat advisory in the area. The employee refused to give me my order.

  They can never get anything right, foods always backwards and the most simplest sandwiches no veggies no sauce like how do you mess that up!! Forget the cookies forget to ask what drinks with meals I got to litterly tell you I ordered the meals what I needed for drinks everytime. I get when they are busy but they are not at this time. No excuse. Half the time they close the dining room or shut down drive thru this location has gone down hill.
