  FedEx is a JOKE. Package was out for delivery last Saturday before the snow even hit here. Every single day since it’s been out for delivery and then I get “delayed due to weather” because workers don’t want to complete their work for the day. It’s SUNDAY. Roads have been cleared since WEDNESDAY. Amazon has been out to my house Wednesday, Friday and TODAY. USPS as well and they also delivered packages. I was on the phone for an hour to file a complaint. STILL NOTHING. Going to seek into further legal action. FedEx needs to be go out of business.

  No issues with shipping my package. Staff at front desk was courteous and answered all my questions with ease and patience. Very helpful. I give this 5 stars.
