  I can sum this up quickly. Your package will arrive quicker with USPS. Wherever you send it. I don't know at what point FedEx dropped the ball? The ball has been dropped. That's what I know. SMH

  The app made it really easy to track my shipment. But they were two days late and required a signature, so I planned my day around for when they arrived. When they did they said they couldn’t deliver but never even knocked on my door, which made it 3 days late and there’s no way to get in contact with them after they leave.
