  Jerry the salesperson that helped my cousin's granddaughter was exceptional.so helpful and funny and patient with her. I got her a new phone, she picked out the plan that worked best for her budget and got her set up for cricket internet equipment. She not long ago moved into her first apartment with her first job. Graduated high school and turned 18 this month.we are all so proud of her. And Jerry was knowledgeable got her the best deals on everything. Being we got there a hour before the store closed. I know if she has to go back to this store for anything she hopes it is Jerry that helps her again. Such a nice man. Thank you Jerry😊👍

  I had the pleasure of working with an employee named Liz. If it wasn’t for her hard work and even reaching out to Cricket customer service, I would still be stuck using an android. I wanted to throw out the window every five minutes. I am an Apple fan always will be. She goes above and beyond with her job and it’s very rare these days to see that in employees. So Cricket, if you see this employees like her or rare If I were you, I would actually give her a raise To show your appreciation for her customer, service skills, empathy, sympathy, and knowledgeable facts of Cricket .. just throwing that out there cause there’s many employees even that big corporations that don’t even know what they’re doing, she does !

  Jeremy goes above and beyond for his customers! He is very personable and knowledgeable about cell phones and accessories. If he doesn’t know the answer to your question, he will make sure he finds out. He is always my go to person! I highly recommend him!!

  Awesome deals on phones, store manager is laid back and talks to you like a normal person… plus they are always playing good music on the speakers they sell!!
