  I've been with Cricket for 4 years and always got good service but that seems to be a thing of the past. I was near the first avenue store and my phone went dark so I stopped in.. I was told he was surprised it lasted as long as it did. That says much about their phones. I got home and the brightness was off.but I was having trouble with that phone. I got the new phone set up and immediately it was acting like a used worn out phone.id had it 3 days and stopped in to ask about an exchange. The clerk said no that's a new phone. No exchanges. This phone just shuts off at random. Freezes up while I'm using it. I think it's something someone returned and they pushed it off on me I will not do business with Cricket again.
