  A large amount of oil seeped out from the bottom of the wrapping paper. I ordered takeout, but they put the wrong food in. and the chicken wings and legs were over-fried—very dry and tough.

  I ordered lightly seasoned fries and this is what I received. I want to say READ the ticket but pretty sure if you can't speak English you wouldn't be able to read it either. SMH!

  I've been using your app for over a year now. Just had surgery and am STARVING, as, you know had to fast. Saw this Save $3 Promo, expires in two days, been trying to get it to work for 2 days now. Wasted a lot of my time. Won't accept the USE code. Spent over the minimum $15 in food. Went to the store, showed the manager. Says he can't do anything about it, says something is wrong, not me, but Wingstop. He simply didn't care. Not a very smart manager to not care, not a good business model. I won't bother being a loyal member anymore. Horrible. Elkhart, County Road 6 West.

  Ordered 30 chicken tenders and was told by the employee the sauce will be on the side since I was not sure what everyone wanted. I paid for the food and when I picked it up the tenders all had the sauce on them. The first employee had already clocked out and the next employee said they would have never said they will put the sauce on the side. So unless you are going to watch them prepare your food if it is wrong when you pick it up don’t expect them to fix it or give your money back since they already collected it and will basically call you a liar.

  Food is never cooked fully. The chicken is always undercooked, and the fries are never what you ask for. the flavor is there But the food is never fully cooked.
