  I was at this subway on 2- 20-22 at 11:00am only one person working and she was on her cell phone and another customer and I stood there for 10 minutes and she was still on her phone and she didn't even say anything to us so we walked out

  Ladies here obviously hate working here, hate having to do their job, hate being there, and hate people in general. Go find a new job. Preferably not customer service as my family and I watched them be rude to every customer that walked in. Including handicapped guests. Then once the rush was over both ladies stood outside at the main entrance bsing and smoking while still wearing their aprons and whatnot. Super professional. A simple question of “do you have any cookies available” (case empty), got the rudest response of how stupid can I be.

  Although I really enjoy the subway salads using the app is frustrating. I've had nothing but problems paying thru the app, had my debit card hacked after using it the first time, can't remove the now cancelled card and the customer service for the app was nill.
