  Tried to get a replacement starter for my truck that was under warranty & provided proof of the purchase but they refused to honor the policy saying I had to pay for it again. They attempted to offer a refund and then have me pay for it however I explained I had switched banks and could not receive a refund to the card / bank account it was originally purchased under because it no longer exists. The employees have no training whatsoever and are incompetent and even admitted this was the result of an error on the employees in for handling the orignal order wrong!!! The manager Bruce was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never purchase another item from advance auto again. Learn how to run a business properly

  The very nice young man with a beard who took my call in the morning and checked me and my starter out in the afternoon is really cool. Knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Im sorry I didn't get his name but thank you young man. Give the boy a raise because he cares about your customers and I really appreciate it.

  I came into advance auto twice and was greeted twice by Tina. Tina helped me with what I needed and I was in and out in a timely manner.

  Gary was absolutely very helpful. He came out to my car and looked over the engine to help me find the right part I needed and the tools to get the job done. He went well beyond my expectations and deserves a glowing review.
