The staff here show no respect for customers; they point and stare as if the customers were thieves. Furthermore, one employee was acting flirtatiously—leaning on a male customer and holding hands affectionately—while on duty and busy serving other customers. Instead of working, she just stood there engaging in this intimate behavior. I will not be coming back here.

Love the brand but the people working behind this brand at this store is very rude and act like they don’t want to be there.

I ordered my wife a purse for her birthday that said shipping between 2-7 days and on the website it did not specify business days. Even though it is business days they are still late! It says I won’t receive until the 22nd. I did the customer service chat to try and figure this out and the person was so unprofessional and sent me a crying emoji! This company is a joke and very unprofessional with false advertising on shipping dates and their customer service.
