I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your Subway location.
First, I attempted to contact the store by phone more than 15 times, and no one answered. On the one occasion when the phone was answered, the call was immediately hung up without any explanation or communication. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
Second, when I placed my order, I specifically asked for all extra ingredients on my sandwiches. However, when I received my order, the sandwiches were almost empty and did not include what I clearly requested. This is unacceptable, especially considering that customers pay extra for additional toppings.
I expect better customer service and accurate order preparation from a brand like Subway. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed promptly.
