  Katelyn took very good care of me at the Dyer Indiana 905 Joliet Street store on May 11 2026. She was so kind and patient with me. She knows the meaning of customer service. It seemed to come so natural to her! She has a such an awesome way of communicating and a beautiful smile! Great personality too!

  I recently visited the Dyer,Indiana UPS Store location and had a great in-store experience thanks to Katelyn. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure I understood all my shipping options without feeling rushed. What really stood out was her positive attitude and efficiency—she kept the line moving while still giving each customer her full attention. It’s not always easy dealing with busy UPS traffic, but Katelyn handled everything professionally and with a smile. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and it definitely made my visit smooth and stress-free. I appreciate her help and hope her efforts get recognized.

  This UPS store is so accommodating! Patrick has helped me numerous times in the past and is ALWAYS patient, knowledgeable and so nice. This store has always had friendly and helpful staff and quick service to their customers! Never disappointed when I go to this Dyer, IN UPS store 5158.

  I went there to have a medical specimen mailed back to the lab. The facility was very clean no long wait times and line got right in right out. The young lady behind the desk was able to take the package and process it effectively giving me my receipt and thank me for my business.
