These people are so rude. I walked in, they completely ignored me at first. Then finally they started taking my order, he started preparing my order before toasting my bread. I was on video call with my husband so he can pick what he wanted. I asked him to toast the bread, he said it’s lightly toasted already. He didn’t toast the bread at all. I asked him can you please toast my bread? With an attitude he did. Then I asked for other ingredients to be added to my sandwich, and he was so irritated with me every time I asked for something. My husband wanted bacon on his sandwich. I asked him if he could put bacon on my husband sandwich which he responded “ we don’t have bacon”. I said I see bacon sitting right there! What do you mean you don’t have it? Can you add it? He did not want to add bacon on our sandwich for whatever reason. He started talking mess in his language. Little did he know, I am also from india and understood what he said. I realized he was talking shit about me to the other worker, I told him. I know what you’re saying and I walked out. Terrible terrible service! I will never return again with this kind of service and unprofessionalism. Why would he get mad that I requested for my bread to be toasted and requested bacon? That’s absurd! As a customer, that’s what I want on my sandwich, and we should be able to get what we want without shit talking and attitude towards the customer.

I had stopped at this location as I have in the past a few other times and I've noticed that the customer service has gone down Hill. there were 2 new young ladies working in the back, When I entered no greeting. They were trying to multitask while they had to customers was sitting in line for longer than 15 minutes the younger girl was given me an attitude as I was ordering my sandwich, While the older girl had her dreadlocks sitting over the meats and the vegetables. They also handed me a sandwich with no napkins no cup for my drink because I ordered a value meal. To be honest I will never stop at this location again. The quality of services went down a lot unfortunately this was such a great Subway.
