  I went in yesterday and ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches with the liquid cheese sauce and crispy chips—the exact sandwich that is still being advertised on the glass where the meat is, and it says “leaving soon.” The guy asked what bread I wanted and started making my sandwiches. Never once said it was no longer available. When I got to the veggie section, I told them I wanted the cheese sauce and crispy chips. That’s when they told me the sandwich had been discontinued. I explained that I specifically ordered that sandwich because of the cheese sauce and crispy chips. If I had known it was discontinued, I obviously would have ordered something different from the beginning. Since they had already started making my order and it was their mistake that they were still advertising something they no longer offered, I asked if I could just get a different sandwich instead. I was then told NO, that I could not order a new sandwich. I have been to this location MANY times, and I have never experienced customer service like this. If a customer orders something that is still being advertised and the employee starts making it, the customer should not be blamed when they find out the item is discontinued. Then to refuse to let me order something else was absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately, I will never be back to this location. This location seriously needs better management and better customer service.

  I came in for a 6 in simple BOSS meatball pepperoni sub on Italian they proceeded to make the tiniest shriveled sandwich I have ever seen my bread was extremely doey and both friends stale as well as I had absolutely no pizza sauce and the meatballs are undercooked or old this is DISGUSTING do not eat here unless u want stomach problems they barely understood what we were telling them we had to repeat ourselves 3 times we have been going here for over 2 years and it has NEVER been this way

  Ordered lunch for pickup. Everything was made fast but they added so much sauce to all the subs Everything was soggy. Plus some of my crew got food poisoning from the steak & cheese subs

  They mark the order as ready when they haven’t even started it so it doesn’t ruin their metrics then a staff tries to lie to me instead and says “the machine marks it ready”
