  I’ve had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help, even when the store is busy. The lines can get long at times, but the team works hard to keep things moving and gets customers taken care of as quickly as possible. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service make a big difference. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this location for all your returns, shipping, printing, and mailing needs!

  I called ahead to ask until what time a notary will here until, and they told me until 5:30 on the phone. I arrive, wait in line, and when it’s my turn, I ask for something to be notarized. The two ladies working look shocked and say “there’s no one available to do any notarization today.” I said that I called ahead and someone told me that a person would be here until 5:30 to notarize something. One of the ladies said “we had some call-offs today, maybe the person on the phone didn’t know. What time did you call?” I told her I called at 4, and she said that was before the call off happened. I asked her why someone would tell me about someone being available if they weren’t. She said she didn’t know. My husband asked her if there was any available notaries nearby open today. She said State Farm can do it…and lo and behold I call State Farm and they, in fact, are not able to do it. I called ahead specifically to avoid this issue, but instead I was lied to. I’m pretty disappointed and upset. This was a complete waste of my time, and it didn’t have to be. The one good thing is that at the very least, the lady helping me was nice. I just wish the people working here were more informed and connected about what is going on at the store…it’s supposed to be a professional place, yet it’s completely unprofessional to not be on the same page and misinform customers.

  This UPS store is conveniently located by my job. I was able to pop in during my lunch break, ship off a package and still have time to grab a bite to eat. The experience i had was smooth.

  Patrick was amazing! We had a lot of things to ship out and he made it super fast and simple. This UPS is always clean and friendly. I highly recommend you come here for all your shipping needs!
