  Terrible service from one of the young ladies working here. She has a red neck tattoo. Treated me like an idiot after asking her to repeat their store email. The other associates there with her stood there smiled and laughed until their manager came out to assist. Never using this place again.

  This business uses plug-in air fresheners. I find it very difficult to do my returns and must make sure to go only during slow times (so as not to spend long in the scented lobby). It is inconsiderate to the health of their customers and their employees.

  Thank you to local Manager Caitlyn Dovichi who went above and beyond to help us during the power outage retrieve some packages from the store that were during a conference. Thank you for your great service!

  I called ahead to ask until what time a notary will here until, and they told me until 5:30 on the phone. I arrive, wait in line, and when it’s my turn, I ask for something to be notarized. The two ladies working look shocked and say “there’s no one available to do any notarization today.” I said that I called ahead and someone told me that a person would be here until 5:30 to notarize something. One of the ladies said “we had some call-offs today, maybe the person on the phone didn’t know. What time did you call?” I told her I called at 4, and she said that was before the call off happened. I asked her why someone would tell me about someone being available if they weren’t. She said she didn’t know. My husband asked her if there was any available notaries nearby open today. She said State Farm can do it…and lo and behold I call State Farm and they, in fact, are not able to do it. I called ahead specifically to avoid this issue, but instead I was lied to. I’m pretty disappointed and upset. This was a complete waste of my time, and it didn’t have to be. The one good thing is that at the very least, the lady helping me was nice. I just wish the people working here were more informed and connected about what is going on at the store…it’s supposed to be a professional place, yet it’s completely unprofessional to not be on the same page and misinform customers.
