  The lady working was not very polite or informative about the plan or phone that we were purchasing. But Cricket does offer some incredible prices for their phone plans.

  Went in to see about getting on with cricket and leave att and the Hispanic lady doesn't understand like any English I asked her if we can see if I can change providers and she said yes and got back on her phone I think she was on YouTube, so I asked her again can I switch then she said I have to get a pin, I then asked if I lmao that will it shut my services down now she said yes, I said I need to see if its cost effective and said she can't so I wasn't able to change providers and probably wont try cricket again, terrible customer service and didnt care to assist I feel
