  Great service, kind staff (day shift front desk guy was really helpful and above and beyond). On the other hand the coffee was AWESOME, really good, first time that a hotel coffee was so good. Location was great, and a lot of things around the hotel, you don't have to drive far for any gas station.

  Diamond Member review. Average for a BWP. Room 308 was clean and comfortable. Dated yet clean. Only con was breakfast. I dont have high expectations for hotel breakfasts yet I was really disappointed for this one. I came down and there we 5 gentlemen eating. I went for the hot meals, eggs, sausage, potatoes,biscuits n gravy...you know. I found there to be only one scoop of potatos left. I waited 15min and a lady came out the back with about 10 chopped up pieces of sausage, I guess to make it appear there was more than there was. 15 min to heat up frozen patties? I guess she was not capable of cooking more than one thing at a time on the the griddle in the back. SMH!

  No complaints on the room, except the latch on the door would flip closed locking us out of the room. We were told.this happens qith certain rooms. If you know.it happens, why not.fix it? Otherwise, the room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. However the room, across always had the door open which made me feel unsafe. Especially hearing the loud calls where he was yelling and screaming. Brought to staff once and that fixed it for about an hour. Fearing retribution we stopped saying anything. Most of the time staff was outside or a sign was up they were away. No matter the time.of.day. the breakfast itemsnthat were put out were stale and.the omellete station was so busy it was impossible to use. Unless I would.of gotten up 2 hours earlier to wait in line. Otherwise no healthy options. They had a yogurt machine but was empty the 3 times we tried. We thougjt we save m9ney staying here w the free breakfast but had to eat out all,3 morning. Location, if you are looking to stay in that city or a stopping point on a trip its good. It is about 50min from badland and 30 mins to an hour to other noteworthy places Based on being locked out of room, the unsafe "neigjbor screaming and yelling w his door propped open at all times that i was told.they know.about and allow,.and the lack ofnfr3sh breakfast, I cannot reccomend the hotel.

  This is The Best, Best Western. REAL EGGS !!! FINALLY !!!! this Hotel has REAL Eggs !! All the others have Crappy Powdered or Liquid Goo. THIS Crawfordsville , Indiana Best Western is The BEST , Best Western. Whoever the Manager is, Really Cares. And The Cook is Great, also !! To The Owner >> Please do NOT get rid of your Comfy & Cozy Furniture. Your Furniture is SO Comfortable. Please do not Remodel. Some Best Westerns remodel, & buy a bunch of New, Cheap Crap. Please keep your Comfortable Furniture. Thank You 🙂🙂🙂

  I have three complaints about our stay on 8/8/26: At check-in our room was 88 degrees. I’m in the shower, when I discover that the shower gel container is completely empty. The person that last cleaned the room needs additional training. Breakfast was just OK. No serve yourself eggs -you had to special order from the chef. The coffee was not good.
