They can’t hire/keep/schedule any employees and it takes more than an hour to get an app ordered meal.

The employees are beyond RUDE when you want a refund AFTER waiting 30 minutes after pick up time. Employees also stated that corporate was there during our ordeal. If that's the case, that's really pathetic on a professional level

Mobile order was wrong. One sandwich wasn't toasted and the other didn't have the extra meat I paid for

Waited 5 minutes as next in line while the 2 teenage boys fumbled with an online order then one tried to duplicate it by mistake....then put meat in the toaster and it had to be cleaned out....I put my chips back and went to Taco Bell. Understaffed and undertrained. The one on 3rd St is better.
