  Do NOT go here unless you have a DoorDash order. I put in a pickup order and waited an hour for 3 chicken tenders. The girls and manager sat in the back. I never got asked any question or even acknowledged at all. Still didn’t get my food and just requested a refund. The girl didn’t even answer me and just went to the back and asked for a manager saying “yeah someone wants a refund I guess” and rolled her eyes. DoorDash people were getting served immediately though. Not even a worker in the front to see that I was there. I literally never got refunded and this happened in September. This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to. Will not be back. I’d also like my $10 but I know that won’t happen either.

  waited 35 minutes for 20 wings and fries that were supposed to be seasoned and then weren’t even seasoned. Worst experience ever. And there was few people

  Never once have I walked in and seen someone at the counter, except for the person who just watches reels max volume. The wait is also atrocious and there’s no trash can in the customer area so you just have to pocket your straw wrapper while you wait 20 minutes for 6 wings. The food is alright, but the fries are always slightly limp.
