    Great experience! The staff was super friendly and quick. We brought in 12 people and they did great with fantastic attitudes.

    I gotta send a shout out and a lot of praise to Nick and the crew here. My main issue with Subways in the past, is how hit or miss it can be. However that’s not the case here. Me and my manager order lunch from her about once a week and both the food as well as the service are consistently excellent. My go to is the BMT and I like a lot of toppings, as well as I am one to get some sauces. That can lead to a messy and sometimes straight unmanageable sandwich. Here though, they thoughtfully assemble ingredients in reasonable proportions and adequate amount of sauce. That along with firm yet full bread which is never overly toasted, avoiding that scattering of crumbs with every bite. This all makes for a sandwich I can enjoy as opposed to just trying to keep it from fall apart. The service is also always pleasant and the team accommodating. I prefer giardiniera on my sandwich but the app doesn’t have that as an option and often I forget to ask for a side in the special instruction. But the crew is alway quick to oblige me, even when they’re hard at work on multiple sandwiches. All in all, as one who really looks forward to my lunches, it is a relief and a comfort to know that the food is gonna always be satisfactory and often the solace on a particular rough day. Too often these forums are used to berate or complain, so I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and show appreciation for people who seeming put a lot of caring into what they do . Thank yall and keep up the great work!! ☺️🙏🏼

    Recently I placed an online order to be picked up at the 705 Plaza Drive location (off of Indian Boundary) in Chesterton, IN. I ordered 4 subs that I was going to deliver to a meeting. I used a business credit card. After I placed the order I asked my husband if since I was going to Subway would he like to have that for dinner that night. He said yes, so I placed a 2nd online order using a personal credit card. I then arrived a few minutes after the order was scheduled to be done. Once I arrived, I went to the pick up area. There was an order there, but it was not mine. I waited by the pick up area for a few minutes attempting to make eye contact with the employees there. It became obvious that they were not going to acknowledge me, so I got in line behind two other customers. I had to wait while those 2 transactions were made and finally it was my turn. I asked about my order that was placed online. I was told that they canceled my order because it was a catering order. They said anything over 5 subs is a catering order. First of all, I have never heard such nonsense. Isn’t Subway in business to make and sell subs???? Since when did Subway start dictating what is a catering order and what is not. Secondly, that wasn’t even true. There was one order for 4 subs and another for 2 subs. These were 2 separate transactions on 2 separate credit cards. Thirdly, the employee lied to me and said they had tried to contact me. I had no text, call or email from Subway. Also after I explained that no it was 2 orders going to 2 separate places. The employees just continued to ignore me. They wouldn’t make eye contact with me and told me I would have to take it up with the owner. I am beyond disgusted with the behavior of the employees of said location. They were rude and they lied. They had a paper sign on the front door when I arrived that said they were closing that day at 6 pm. So I was getting the impression that they didn’t want to work. These employees need some strong customer service training. At this point I will go out of my way to for sure avoid that Subway location and possibly all Subways. They wasted my time and showed extreme disrespect. I guess “the customer is always right” does not hold true at Subway on Plaza Dr. in Chesterton, IN. I am not planning to "Eat Fresh" anytime soon at Subway on Plaza Dr in Chesterton, IN

    Horrible ordered delivery through Subway app. Subway took my money not doordash! Sandwiches were wrong, cannot eat them. Called and said they were wrong, but the horrible employee said she can't help me I have to contact doordash. Called doordash and of course no, I have to contact subway. Called subway and the same employee was arguing with me and I said well I will keep calling back I need this taken care of. The employee tells me she will stop answering. I called back and their phone is off the hook. Horrible, I hope the store owner reads this. I really need this taken care of. I have a job to work all day but when I get off, I am going down in person for my refund. Update someone finally answered just to laugh at me and tell me I would not get a refund? How can you do that to people? Sam Patel your store is really bad. How will you account for that? The woman who treated me horrible was the manager? Is this how you want your store represented?
