  I went through the drive through on Saturday and I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch on white toasted, 6”, no veggies, extra ranch. It came luke warm. It had been put in a microwave because the bread wasn’t toasted at all! And it looked like they dumped an entire bottle of ran dressing in the sandwich. It was overwhelming and could barely eat it! I am very unhappy and will not return! I will make sure and spread the word!

  Had the best sandwich and great, professional service today at the Subway in Charlestown, Indiana. Bread was so fresh and friendly service. Thanks for a great experience!

  Have ordered here numerous times since moving into the area. Normally, they make the best sandwiches of any Subway within 10 miles. Last Thursday, however, the dark haired person who made my order was VERY skimpy on toppings, and even forgot to put the Spinach on my sandwich. I don't normally check my order before leaving the restaurant; however, I WILL DO so if I see this same person make my sandwich on future orders. Don't know if it was the owner, but was VERY cheap on toppings (similar to the Subway by Jay C foods in Sellersburg). VERY DISAPPOINTED this time around!!!
