I felt very constrained by policy. Other employees seemed to be helpful and apologetic. I hope 'Quentin' can see this and maybe learn to smile and explain rather than just decline every inquiry. Thx

At that point I presented my package I needed to mail and my business was taken care of in a very professional and positive way along with a little bit of friendly chitchat, and then she reminded me they were moving to a new location, she told me when and where the new location would be. My experience, there was very pleasant, which I have always found them to be. All of the staff I have ever encountered there has always been very friendly, professional and even more importantly …. knowledgeable.
