Please pass my compliments to your employee at this location - his name is Jack. He was such a kind and helpful young man. The world would be a better place with young men like him.

I visited this store to return a package and was assured that all of my items had been scanned. However, when I later received confirmation from the company, one of the items was missing from the return.
I returned to the store with my receipt, which showed that I had been there earlier that day, and explained that I needed assistance locating the missing item. One employee was very helpful and genuinely tried to assist, but unfortunately the item could not be found.
Another employee, however, was dismissive and unprofessional. When I requested the manager’s contact information, I was told that information could not be provided. I then asked for the manager’s name and when they would be available, and the employee became confrontational. I was also told that I was being disrespectful simply for asking about reimbursement for an item that appeared to have been mishandled.
I left feeling frustrated by the lack of
accountability and poor customer service. While I appreciate the efforts of the employee who tried to help, the overall experience was disappointing and could have been handled much more professionally.

Jack was very nice at explaining a few things that I was unsure about. I found out that he was true. They must train their staff well.

I shipped a large box to Chicago for $60. I had just received terrible news on the phone, and was distracted when I hit confirm on the screen. The employee entered the address incorrectly. The package was returned to the UPS store.
The staff member and store manager were short and unapologetic, and would not reship the package or refund me. They said I could ship it again for $60 or pick it up.
I picked up the box and it was extremely beat up. The young man working at the counter was very kind, but there’s nothing he could do. I asked twice for the GM to call me if they would like; they never did. I will never electively use UPS as a shipping vendor again.
Update 5/28 11:32am: The UPS store response below has been edited. Initially, they gave me an email address and asked for details. I provided those details. I have received no email back, and no call at any point. Saying you have tried to contact me is incorrect to my knowledge. There have been no voicemails and no emails. Should you want to discuss it with me, you are free to call or reply to my email.
Tried to do an Amazon return and needed a shipping label printed. Figured to print a sheet of paper might cost a dollar but they told me $4 to print the label on a sheet of paper. I think that’s absurd and won’t use this location anymore.
