  Called this location while I was out of the country to ask whether they could hold a package for two additional days for pickup. We were told by Lilac that this was “against our policy,” that we would need to speak with a manager, and that no manager was available. This was very poor customer service in response to a simple and reasonable request.

  By far my least likely place to suggest to anyone. I was ignored by the people that were working there yesterday 4/8/26 around 10am. Stood at the counter for about ten minutes while three of them just looked and motioned others to step up. I asked were two of them available to help me in a clear tone loud enough for them to hear but they kept ignoring me. I just needed to fax but the machine wasn’t working properly and I waited about 30 minutes while it tried to do whatever it wasn’t doing and do you think any of them would lift a finger to help? NO! There was at least seven people working and as they walked back and forth past me helping everyone else, clearly I was invisible on the first machine near the front counter. So I after my last attempt to ask someone for help, the one that took the fifth person behind me to help on the machine just past me walked past and unplugged the machine I was on and left as quickly. I left and went to another place and will never return
