  This office moved to this new space about 7 months ago, I was told. It is next to Niemann Harvest Market in Carmel, across from the BMV. Thank you Michael and friend, for being so nice and polite and helping me to send something special for my son. Michael took great care packing and securing the small FedEx box and make sure he got the correct delivery address. Really nice experience for me. Big and nice parking lot, but busy area.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I explained that the other location had already sent me to this location, but the guy I dealt with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The package only had a sticker on it, and it was going to the exact same destination anyway, so there was absolutely no reason to make this such a difficult situation. I was treated like I was wasting their time, and the whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I will definitely think twice before coming back here. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
