  This store is absolutely killing it!!! I had an issue with a label, and had no idea what I was doing. It was frustrating me, as you can imagine. Kyrah, (bless her heart) was helping me the other day and noticed my frustration, identified it quickly, and gave me a solution that was may more effective than what I was trying to do, in a very calm and respectful manner. She was very helpful and walked me through every step with nothing but genuine kindness and willingness to help someone in need. You don’t see this everyday!! This meant a lot to me as someone struggling with bipolar disorder who often gets treated poorly by employees. Thank you so much to this wonderful lady! I know who to go to next time I need help with something tech savvy! LOL! :^)

  The gentleman working this evening seemed determined to prevent me from mailing my envelope to Canada. He succeeded. I went across the street and mailed my envelope at usps for a third of the price he quoted me 🤷
