    I got there tonight 4 minutes before closing. Another couple came in behind me and there was 2 people in front of me. The sandwich artist was finishing with the first person. She proceed to go to the register and audibly growl in frustration and the tell us that technically they close at 9 but she will take us tonight. She did this in a very rude manner. Now keep in mind this is fair week and the parade was tonight. However management should have staffed properly for this. Due to the rudeness and frustration of the sandwich artist myself and the couple behind walked out. I did express my frustration with how this was handled while walking out. In the past there has been issues with this location and they have been handled properly. I hope that is the case tonight.

    Will never order online or walk into another Subway. I ordered two subs yesterday one ham one spicy Italian. My ham sub got the condiments for the spicy Italian and the spicy Italian sub got the condiments for the ham sub. I asked for extra olives and it looked like they just dumped the canister of olives on it. Oh and no pickles were ordered on either sub but they were on the spicy Italian sub. So I am now out two subs and the money I paid for them. I get online orders suck but that is part of your job.

    Dear Subway Management, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your location. While the staff member who assisted me was polite and respectful, I noticed several issues regarding the store's procedures. The employees were using latex gloves, which is unusual for Subway. Additionally, I observed that the meat and spinach were being portioned by handfuls because the staff did not have the proper utensil like a scooper available. This resulted in significant over-portioning and a sandwich that did not meet Subway's standard quality. When I mentioned that the sandwich was not being prepared according to standard procedure, the employee explained that they lacked the necessary tools, such as meat scoopers, to do the job correctly. I believe the owners of this location should review the official policies and procedures and ensure the staff is provided with the proper equipment to maintain brand standards. Best regards,

    Sandwich was alright but they didnt put bacon or lettuce on and instead put spinach on.
