I placed an online order, but the app would not allow me to use my promotional code for a $6.99 footlong, forcing me to pay full price. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff refused to accommodate the pricing error. Additionally, my sandwich was completely cold, despite my online request for it to be toasted. This is part of an ongoing issue I've had with food preparation at this specific store. When I brought these matters to the staff's attention, I asked to speak with the manager. The employees promised that the manager would call me, but to this day, I have still not received a phone call. I am very disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of follow-through.

I absolutely appreciate the time and consideration put forth into the beautifully crafted deli delight!
