I placed an online order, but the app would not allow me to use my promotional code for a $6.99 footlong, forcing me to pay full price. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff refused to accommodate the pricing error. Additionally, my sandwich was completely cold, despite my online request for it to be toasted. This is part of an ongoing issue I've had with food preparation at this specific store.
When I brought these matters to the staff's attention, I asked to speak with the manager. The employees promised that the manager would call me, but to this day, I have still not received a phone call.
I am very disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of follow-through.
Food is good a majority of the time, sometimes it tastes really off but it doesn't have anything to do with the staff there since the food comes in pre packaged. During warmer weather though, they usually end up with a lot of flies in the building which gives off a big ick and makes me not want to order food from there.

Abby was amazingly patient with me and my family. My youngest is a picky eater and she helped her find something she ended up loving. She was very friendly, and quick with the service. The sandwiches and pizza were well made. I’ll be sure to eat here again in the future!
