  Extremely frustrated with the bluffton store. My husband like always went in to pay one the phones on one of my accounts like he always does and was informed that he himself is not allowed to pay for it because his name isn't on the account. I feel like this is absurd. He has all me account information and everything and has always went in to pay for this account. The person there informed him that he could lose his job over allowing him to pay. This is crazy to me.

  It was great. I needed a phone service switched. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very nice representatives who knew exactly what i wanted and needed.

  Manager Jason and his employees serve you and go above and beyond what is asked of them to make sure things are right. Can't ask for better customer service. Edit: for the past year service has been 100 percent non existent in Bluffton. We refuse to wait any longer and keep paying for worthless service. This used to be a great carrier but not anymore. If you live in the Bluffton area, look elsewhere. Also, the staff have not been friendly at all last few times we visited the local store.
