  Website has flat rate $30, "Oh, we don't do that here" cost me $46. Wasted my lunch to go here and it screwed me.

  I just moved in Bloomington,IN. I needed to send an over sized item to ship but i couldn't find box to put that in. A worker named TREY, who was extremely helpful to me to find right size box and even helped me to put my item inside the box. I am so grateful that UPS store at this location have such a kind and wonderful people to work there. I will definitely come back again at this location, especially for Trey. Thank you UPS. Thank you so much Trey.🥰

  The Notary service at this store is less than convenient. There are certain documents the store is not allowed to notarize. Also I was asked to provide an additional form I needed to Google and find on my own before coming back. I promptly went to IU Credit Union and got all of my documents notarized at no charge.

  The people are really friendly, they always help you, may it be stuck machine or torn receipt or messed up return, the store members are always there to rescue Also UPS return is very easy even if you do it by yourself and in most of the cases, you get your refund on the same day. I also choose UPS drop off, if thats an option!
