  I work in the service industry. I know customers coming in last minute is annoying. But locking the doors and hiding the minute you see me THIRTY MINUTES before close is crazy. The employee was a taller man with glasses.

  Server was a middle-aged man with classes he raised his voice at me for no reason his reasoning was because I was trying to customize my own customizable sandwich. He claimed that that’s not how they do things and got progressively angrier with me.. And then he banned me from the store.

  Very happy to be a regular here! Geoff, who works most nights, is super friendly and he makes a mean cheesesteak! Always glad to see him when I pay a visit.

  They won't make more food because they only had an hour left opened and refused to cancel my order. Awful service but that's what you get just hiring anyone.
