  I ordered from this location because it is close to my house. I asked for toasted bread on my sandwich. They gave me the wrong bread and didn't even toast it. They didn't even so much as ask me if they could change the bread. They were nowhere close to closing when my order was placed, so no excuses to not at least toast it. Lazy.

  I work in the service industry. I know customers coming in last minute is annoying. But locking the doors and hiding the minute you see me THIRTY MINUTES before close is crazy. The employee was a taller man with glasses.

  Server was a middle-aged man with classes he raised his voice at me for no reason his reasoning was because I was trying to customize my own customizable sandwich. He claimed that that’s not how they do things and got progressively angrier with me.. And then he banned me from the store.
